Course: "Universal Self Healing Tools"

This course is created for all types of people, with or without experience in healing issues. Our intention is to share with you  a number of tools, exercises, and knowledge that serve to harmonize your being and life, in a practical way, easy to do, with elements accessible to anyone, with clear and well-founded concepts, a mixture of universal knowledge based on science and shamanism, a path of effective self-healing, which has been approved by hundreds of people during many years of learning and therapeutic service, and now we want to share with you.

The course include:

*4 theory and practice classes

*1 question and answer class,( hour and a half each ) 

*5 classes in total.

The course includes a summary text, and the following topics to cover:

-Strategies against stress and anxiety.

-“Home medicines” for the soul.

-Plant baths for cleansing and energetic flowering.

-Practical harmonization tools.

-The power of contact with nature.

-Spaces of Emotional Self-Sufficiency.

-Conscious breathing.

-Offering to the Earth for balance with life.

-Our own spiritual altar.

Holistic therapist, initiated into the ancestral Andean and Amazonian knowledge of Peru, researcher of the ancient cultures of the world, meditation teacher with contemplative techniques, channeler and diffuser of "La Chakana 33", a multidimensional healing tool; visual artist, promoter of the flourishing of human consciousness, developing new methods and spaces that facilitate it. About Wayra Huanca

Wayra is a visionary  artist, vegetarian chef, Waldorf teacher and traditional artisan.She preserves and carries the ancestral crafts of weaving and beadwork, she also is a shamanic practitioner and musician with years of experience leading voice-opening, sacred song classes, women’s circles and spiritual workshops across the Americas. Born and raised in South America, by her mestiza Quechua-Muisca family in Colombia and Peru. Wayra has studied the ancestral healing practices and traditional sacred arts of her lineage, and different traditions around the world. Wayra is currently living in Colorado, working with children and teaching beadwork to teenagers in a holistic school. She is a student of life.
